Where we ship
We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time
- Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
- Other governorates: 3–5 business days
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any free-shipping offers are shown on the site and applied automatically at checkout.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available where shown at checkout. Our courier will contact you before delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to request a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps and arrange pickup or drop-off.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Want a different bag or colour? Request an exchange and we'll send the new item once the original is returned, subject to availability.
